At Shellbrook Storage we’re pleased to offer clean, well-maintained self-storage units in a variety of sizes. With easy access off Highway 3 West, our secure facility is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering you flexibility to drop off and pick up your items at your convenience.

How it works

Simply contact us to discuss your storage needs and we’ll happily work with you to discuss availability, pricing and find the perfect fit. Once your security deposit is paid and your lease is set up, we’ll hand you a key to our gated entrance so you can access the facility 24/7. You’ll use your own lock and key to secure your individual storage unit.

Short- and long-term leases

We offer both short- and long-term leases, with discounts available for prepaid long-term contracts. When you sign up and pre-pay for one year, you get the 12th month free. With a short-term lease, you pay by the month. Our short-term lease payments are prorated. That means if you sign up after the 1st of the month, you only pay for the remaining days of that month. If you need to vacate your storage unit before the end of the month, we’ll refund your pre-paid amount on a prorated basis if you provide us two weeks notice.

Pricing

Our affordable storage units are priced according to size, length of your lease, and whether or not they are heated and climate controlled. For example, our larger storage units (10’ x 30’) are insulated, and have the option of being heated in winter and controlled for humidity, while our smaller units are cold storage.
